What the first 30 days with A1 look like

The first month is when a new cleaning plan gets tested against the real space. A1 uses those weeks to set up access, learn the rooms, close any gaps and then walk the site with you to update the written plan.

How the first month runs

  1. Before day one

We confirm how the crew enters the building, who holds keys or codes, how the alarm is set and disarmed and who to call if something is wrong. We also settle whether A1 or your team stocks liners, paper goods and soap, and where those supplies are stored.

  2. The first week

The crew learns the layout and works through the written checklist room by room. We go over the checklist with your contact, and anything that was missed or unclear goes onto a short punch list to fix on the next visit.

  3. Weeks two and three

With a few visits done, patterns show up. Some rooms may need more time and others less, or a task may fit better on a different day. We fix the misses and adjust the scope in writing so the crew and your team work from the same page.

  4. The day-30 review

Around the end of the first month, we walk the space with you again. We look at floors, restrooms, kitchens and touch points, talk through what is working and update the written plan with any changes you want to keep.

Questions about the first 30 days

Who should be our contact during the first month?

Pick one person who knows the space and can answer questions about access, problem areas and priorities. Having a single contact keeps feedback clear while the plan settles in.

What happens if something is missed in the first week?

Tell your A1 contact. The item goes onto the punch list for the next visit, and if it points to a gap in the checklist, the written scope is updated.

Does the plan stay fixed after day 30?

No. The day-30 review is a checkpoint, not a final version. When your space or schedule changes later, we revise the written plan again.
