Office cleaning

Most offices need the same things done well, every time: trash out, surfaces wiped, kitchens reset, restrooms stocked and floors cleaned. We agree that list with you during a walkthrough, write it down, and clean to it on the nights you choose.

What is included

  • Trash and recycling emptied, liners replaced
  • Desks, counters and shared surfaces wiped
  • Kitchen and break room sinks, counters and appliance fronts cleaned
  • Restrooms cleaned, disinfected and restocked
  • Carpets vacuumed and hard floors mopped
  • Door handles, switches and other touch points wiped

Your written checklist sets the final scope; anything here can be added, removed or scheduled less often.

How the work runs

The first visit is a walkthrough. We look at every room, note the floor surfaces, count restrooms and kitchens, and ask which areas matter most to you: the reception desk a client sees first, the conference room used for pitches, the kitchen that gets busy at lunch.

That walkthrough becomes a written checklist split into nightly, weekly and monthly tasks. Nightly covers trash, restrooms, kitchens and floors. Weekly adds detail work such as baseboards, glass partitions and high dusting. Monthly covers the jobs that build up slowly, like vents and chair bases.

Scheduling

Most offices are cleaned after the last person leaves, from one night a week to five or more. Shared suites and coworking floors often add a short daytime visit for restrooms and kitchens. The schedule is yours to set, and it can change as your headcount or hours change.

Questions about office cleaning

Do you clean inside kitchen appliances?

Appliance fronts and counters are cleaned every visit. Inside the fridge and microwave can be added to the checklist on a set day, so staff know when to clear out old food.

Who supplies paper goods and soap?

That is agreed in writing at the start. Some offices buy their own supplies and we restock from them; others prefer that we bring them. Either way, the checklist says who does what.

Can we keep certain rooms off-limits?

Yes. Server rooms, files and executive offices can be marked as no-entry or clean-on-request. The checklist lists those rooms by name so every crew member sees the same instruction.
