Medical office cleaning
Patients notice a clean waiting room and staff notice a clean exam room. We work from a room-by-room protocol you review, so everyone on the crew knows which surfaces get disinfected, in what order, and with which products.

What is included
- Waiting room seating, counters and touch points disinfected
- Exam room surfaces cleaned to your protocol
- Restrooms cleaned, disinfected and restocked
- Floors cleaned by surface type
- Regular trash removed; regulated waste stays with your licensed hauler
- Staff kitchen and break areas cleaned
Your written checklist sets the final scope; anything here can be added, removed or scheduled less often.
How the work runs
Medical spaces need an order of work, not only a list. We walk the suite with your office manager and agree which rooms are cleaned first, which surfaces are disinfected, which products are used and how long they stay wet on the surface.
The result is a room-by-room protocol you review and sign off. Exam rooms, waiting areas, restrooms and staff areas each have their own section, and anything clinical, such as instruments or regulated waste, stays with your staff and your licensed hauler.
Scheduling
Most practices are cleaned after the last patient. Practices with long hours sometimes add a midday restroom and waiting-room check. The protocol is updated whenever you change rooms, add a specialty or change products.
Questions about medical office cleaning
Do your crews handle patient records?
No. Crews do not open files, drawers or screens. Areas with records can be marked as clean-around or no-entry in the protocol.
Who removes regulated medical waste?
Your licensed medical waste hauler. Our crews remove regular trash and recycling only.
Can we choose the disinfectants used?
Yes. If your practice prefers specific products, the protocol lists them and the crew uses them.
