Post-construction cleaning
Construction dust settles everywhere, including places the trades never touched. We clean in phases after a build-out or renovation so the space is ready for furniture, inspection and the first day of business.

What is included
- Debris and leftover packaging removed
- Dust removed from ledges, vents, fixtures and frames
- Windows, glass and frames cleaned of residue and stickers
- Cabinets and drawers wiped inside and out
- Floors vacuumed and cleaned by surface
- Restrooms and kitchens detailed before first use
Your written checklist sets the final scope; anything here can be added, removed or scheduled less often.
How the work runs
Post-construction cleaning works best in stages. A rough clean removes debris and heavy dust while trades are finishing. A detail clean follows once work stops, covering every ledge, vent, fixture and frame. A final touch-up happens right before furniture arrives or the space opens.
Before we start, we walk the space with the project lead to agree what is in scope, which areas are still active, and when the space needs to be ready. Dates and phases go into a written plan so nothing is cleaned twice or missed.
Scheduling
Timing follows your project, not a fixed calendar. Phases are booked around inspection dates, furniture delivery and opening day, and adjusted if the build schedule moves.
Questions about post-construction cleaning
Do you remove large construction debris?
Crews remove leftover packaging and small debris. Large debris, dumpsters and haul-away of building materials stay with the construction team.
How many visits does a build-out need?
It depends on the size of the space and the work done. The walkthrough sets the number of phases, and the plan shows each one.
Can you clean while some trades are still working?
Yes, in areas the trades have finished. The plan marks which areas are ready and which are still active.
