Cleaning for auto dealerships and showrooms
A1 cleans showrooms, showroom glass, sales offices, customer lounges, restrooms and service-department waiting areas for auto dealerships. The work is planned from a walkthrough and written into a checklist that puts the showroom floor and glass first, because that is where buyers form their first impression.
What makes this work different
- Large glass walls show every smudge and water spot
- Polished showroom floors reveal tire marks and footprints quickly
- Grease and grime can travel from the service bay into customer areas
- Customer lounges and restrooms get steady use all day
- Crews must work around vehicles on display without touching them
How we plan it
During the walkthrough we look at the showroom floor finish, the glass, the delivery area, the sales desks, the finance offices and the service waiting room. We note where shop traffic enters customer space, since that line is where most of the tracked-in dirt starts.
The checklist lists display vehicles as clean-around only; crews do not wipe, move or enter them. Showroom glass and floors are scheduled so they look their best when doors open, and floor finish work goes on a separate plan for nights the showroom can be cleared. Changes to the layout or hours are written into the checklist as they happen.
Areas we clean
- Showroom floors around display vehicles
- Showroom windows, entry doors and glass walls
- Sales desks and finance offices
- Customer lounge, coffee station and seating
- Service-department waiting area and counter
- Customer and staff restrooms
- Vehicle delivery area
Questions about auto dealerships
Do your crews clean the cars on display?
No. Display vehicles are marked clean-around in the checklist. Vehicle detailing stays with your own team or the vendor you use for it.
Can you clean the service bays?
The checklist focuses on customer-facing and office spaces. Service-department waiting rooms and counters are included; shop floors are agreed separately during the walkthrough.
When does showroom cleaning happen?
Usually after closing or early in the morning, so the floor and glass are ready before the first customer arrives.
