Cleaning for medical and dental offices in NYC, Long Island and New Jersey
A1 cleans waiting rooms, exam rooms, dental operatories, restrooms and staff areas for medical and dental practices. Every practice starts with a walkthrough, and the result is a written protocol that sets the order of rooms, the surfaces disinfected and the products used.
What makes this work different
- Patients judge the practice by the waiting room and the restroom
- Clinical rooms need a fixed order of work, from clean areas toward soiled ones
- Some products must sit wet on a surface for a set time to work as labeled
- Records, screens and supply cabinets must stay untouched
- Regulated waste follows its own path and is never mixed with regular trash
How we plan it
We walk the suite with your office manager and go room by room. Front desk counters, waiting chairs, exam tables, dental chairs, sinks and restroom fixtures are each listed, along with who handles what. Anything clinical, such as instruments, sharps and regulated waste, stays with your staff and your licensed hauler.
The protocol is written for your practice and signed off by you before the first night. It names the products you approve, states which rooms are clean-around only, and keeps crews out of files, drawers and computer screens. When you add a specialty, open a new room or switch products, the protocol is revised in writing.
Areas we clean
- Reception desk and check-in counters
- Waiting room seating, tables and door handles
- Exam rooms and dental operatories, surfaces outside clinical scope
- Patient and staff restrooms
- Sterilization room counters and sinks, as agreed with your staff
- Staff break room and kitchen
- Hallways, floors and entry mats
Questions about medical and dental offices
Do your crews clean dental chairs and exam tables?
Crews wipe and disinfect the outer surfaces you list in the protocol. Instruments, trays and anything inside a clinical workflow are handled by your team.
Can cleaning happen while the practice is open?
Full cleaning is usually done after the last patient leaves. A short daytime check of the restrooms and waiting room can be added if your schedule calls for it.
What happens with sharps containers and biohazard bags?
They are not touched by our crews. Your licensed medical waste hauler collects them; crews take only regular trash and recycling.
