Cleaning for veterinary clinics and animal hospitals
A1 cleans waiting rooms, exam rooms, reception, offices, restrooms and staff areas for veterinary clinics. The work follows a written checklist built from a walkthrough with your practice manager, and anything involving animal waste or biohazards is handled only as your clinic's protocol directs.
What makes this work different
- Hair, dander and paw traffic build up on floors and seating fast
- Odors linger in waiting and exam rooms if surfaces are missed
- Accidents in public areas need a clear, agreed procedure
- Animal waste and biohazards fall under the clinic's own rules
- Some rooms, such as surgery and kennels, may be staff-only
How we plan it
We walk the clinic with your practice manager and sort every room into three groups: rooms crews clean fully, rooms crews clean only in part, and rooms that stay with your staff. Surgery suites, pharmacy areas and kennels are usually in the second or third group, and the checklist says so plainly.
Your clinic's protocol decides how animal waste, bodily fluids and other biohazards are handled, including who handles them and which products are used. Crews follow those written steps and nothing beyond them. Floors in waiting and exam rooms get extra attention for hair and tracked-in dirt, and the checklist is updated in writing whenever your protocol changes.

- Waiting room seating and floors
- Exam room counters, floors and surfaces agreed in the checklist

Questions about veterinary clinics
Who cleans up animal waste and biohazards?
That follows your clinic's protocol. The checklist states which tasks your staff keep and which, if any, crews do, along with the steps and products to use.
Do your crews clean kennels or surgery rooms?
Only if your clinic includes them in the checklist. Many clinics keep those rooms with their own staff.
Can you help with odors in the waiting room?
Regular cleaning of floors, seating and the surfaces animals reach keeps buildup down. Problem areas can be added to the checklist for more frequent attention.
