Cleaning for bank branches and financial offices

A1 cleans lobbies, teller lines, ATM vestibules, private offices, conference rooms and restrooms for bank branches and financial firms. Each location is planned from a walkthrough with your branch or office manager, and the written checklist follows your security procedures for access and restricted rooms.

What makes this work different

  • Clients read a clean, orderly lobby as a sign of a careful institution
  • Vaults, cash rooms and secure areas have strict access rules
  • Desks often hold confidential paperwork that must not be disturbed
  • Glass at teller lines and entry doors marks up quickly
  • Alarm, key and access procedures must be followed the same way every time

How we plan it

We walk the branch or office with your manager and go through access first: which doors crews use, how the alarm is handled, and which rooms are restricted. Crews do not enter vaults, cash rooms or other secure areas unless they are escorted in line with your policy, and the checklist lists those rooms by name.

Customer-facing spaces lead the checklist: entry glass, the lobby, teller counters, the ATM vestibule and waiting seating. Private offices and conference rooms follow, cleaned around papers and screens without moving or reading anything on a desk. If your procedures or layout change, the checklist is reissued in writing.

Areas we clean

  • Entry doors and lobby glass
  • Lobby floors and customer seating
  • Teller counters and partitions, client-side
  • ATM vestibule
  • Private offices and conference rooms
  • Break room and kitchen
  • Restrooms

Questions about banks and financial offices

Do your crews go into the vault or cash room?

Not unless your staff escort them in line with bank policy. Secure areas are named in the checklist, and crews treat them as off-limits otherwise.

How are papers on desks handled?

Crews clean around them. Nothing on a desk is moved, opened or read; if a surface is covered, it is skipped and noted.

Can cleaning happen before the branch opens?

Yes. Early-morning or after-close schedules are both common, set to fit your opening procedures.
